If your list is missing data it could be due to one of several reasons.
Reason 1. The data is not available online. ScoutSheet’s List building technology uses machine learning technology to grab data from the Internet. It can only grab information if it can find it somewhere online.
Reason 2. You haven’t provided it with enough information. For certain columns to auto populate (Ex: email), you need to have the required data in other columns (email requires person and organization name) so it knows what to look for. To understand the data required for each column to auto populate, click Choose Columns in the List view and you will see the required data for each column.
Reason 3. It’s not you it’s us. There is the possibility that there is a bug in the system and it is not auto populating correctly. Try refreshing your browser. Don’t worry, the system saves the data you have in the List. Alternatively, you can try resetting the columns by clicking on the Choose Columns button and turning each column on and off.
